Today, I will show you how to make mink eyelashes step-by-step, along with the production process of the lash maker!
All of our employees went to the lash factory today to see how mink eyelashes are made.

Selecting the mink fur
We all know that mink eyelashes are made from mink fur. Therefore, it is important to choose the right mink fur for your project.
Mink lashes can be determined by the quality of the raw material.
Mink lashes are made by preparing the mink fur. Top-quality mink fur is smooth and silky.
Mink fur feels so soft that I almost feel like I am touching fluff.
We must choose the finest mink fur as our raw material for making mink lashes.

Let me show you how to make mink lashes step by step.
Lash Molding
We will need to use the stainless steel lash mold to shape the mink fur to different lengths.
The mink fur must be placed in the lash mold. After that, we need to trim the mink fur without flying.
A steel rule with regular sawteeth allows mink fur to filter through, allowing it to be lined in different lengths. This is useful for creating mink lashes of different styles.
There are many lash styles that have different lash moulds.

The strip adhesive tape is used to adsorb mink fur. They then line up to collect the lash strips. These mink fur layers are laid out in a similar fashion to the one shown in the photo.
Cutting
It’s time to arrange the tapped mink fur to create the desired lash style. It takes skill to arrange the tapped mink fur in a way that allows for the combination of the lash styles. As you can see, we will need to layout the final lash style with many semi-hand lash strips that have been tapped with the adhesive tape.
There are two parts to the mink fur lash mould. The first is the one we will receive. You will also see a black cotton band attached. We need to remove the second part.
We will receive mink lashes if we use the shaped mink fur and the black cotton band.
Rolling
So it is time to roll the lashes, to get the desired curls.
To roll mink eyelashes, we use steel steel pipes. The steel comes in different diameters. To roll mink hair, the small stainless steel pipe can be used. The stainless steel pipe has a small diameter which is great for creating dramatic mink eyelashes with 3D effects. A larger diameter stainless steel pipe is used to create flatter mink lashes that have smaller curls.
To create curls, we steam the rolled mink eyelashes for about 4-5 hours. After steaming, mink lashes will have great curls. The curls will not change after cooling.
Separating
After steaming, the curls will become shaped. Next, place the stainless steel pipe with the rolled mink eyelashes in a cool area until they dry completely.
Next, remove the mink eyelashes from the stainless-steel pipe and then separate the mink eyelashes to make 2 pairs. Two pairs of mink eyelashes can be rolled from one length of stainless steel pipe. We will have the 2-pair mink eyelashes with a long black cotton band as a lash band.
We will need to use the scissor for mink eyelashes to separate, and we will need 2 pairs of finished mink eyelashes.
PS: Trim the excess part at the tip of your mink eyelashes from the beginning to the end.
Installing
After a strict quality inspection, it’s time to attach the finished mink eyelashes with the lash tray.
Before packaging, we will place one pair mink lashes onto the lash tray. We also have the regular transparent plastic tray with 2 shapes.
We can also place the mink eyelashes on the customized lash tray according to your requirements.
